This was an idea showing how farmed fish may dominate the market in the future as supplies 'dwindle'. This could lead to a range of 'Free-Range' farmed fish.
I realised it would be hard to maintain a good balance between promoting sustainable fishing but promoting Waitrose as well. it seems contradicting to be advertising a fish product that is 'sustainably' sourced as it is struggling with its population.
I had the idea to have someone fishing out of a manhole in the centre of town displaying the phrase "where's your fish from?", even though this would probably be a good campaign for the M.S.C alone, it doesn't really answer the brief as it wouldn't benefit fish sales in Waitrose.
